Terms and Conditions:
Hilton Aberdeen TECA Hotel – Voucher is subject to availability subject to hotels discretion, non-transferable and non-refundable. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any
other promotion, and no cash alternative will be offered. Voucher can only be booked by in house reservations team during working hours.
Dinner allowance of £25.00 for food only, beverages not included. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Valid until 31.12.2027
Gladiators Tickets:
Can be used for 11:30am performance on Saturday 10th October only.
Tickets and hotel stay do not need to be used on the same day and can be used separately.
The Archie Foundation will be in touch with the winning bidder to arrange collection/next steps.
- The silent auction will close at 12:00 noon on Monday 24 August 2026.
- The highest valid bid received before the auction closes will be deemed the winning bid.
- The highest bidder for each item will receive an email after the auction has closed confirming they have won the item.
- The email will include instructions on how to make payment and, where applicable, arrange collection/ next steps
- Payment must be made in full within 7 days of the auction closing, unless otherwise agreed with The Archie Foundation.
- If payment is not received within this timeframe, The Archie Foundation reserves the right to cancel the winning bid and offer the item to the next highest bidder.
