Nicola joined The Archie Foundation as Chair in 2026. She brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience across the energy, civils and engineering sector. Her career has focused on governance, organisational transformation and building high‑performing teams, with particular expertise in assurance, cultural change and strategic delivery.
Nicola has personal experience of Archie’s support, which gives her a strong appreciation of the charity’s role in supporting children and families through difficult times.
Throughout her career, Nicola has led major programmes to improve organisational structures, align leadership teams and embed sustainable change. She brings this experience to her role as Chair, supporting the charity’s long‑term strategy and helping create the conditions for strong, confident delivery.
