Carol has served on ARCHIE’s Board of Trustees since 2018. She was appointed as Chair of April 2021 and is excited to take on this new challenge .
Carol is General Manager for Human Resources and part of the UK Leadership Team of CNOOC International, based in Aberdeen.
Carol began her career with NHS Grampian so in many ways her new, voluntary role as Chair of Archie takes her full-circle, having gained 35 years of HR and training experience in both the public and private sectors along the way!
Carol is married with two daughters.
