The ARCHIE Foundation has been fundraising in the Highlands for 10 years now and in that time we have made some truly wonderful transformations including helping to build the Highland Children’s Unit. Find out more about the unit and what’s coming up in the next stage of this amazing hospital.
We are proud to support the Allied Health Professional teams working across the Highlands including outreach clinics in Golspie, Tain, Fort William and Skye. The AHP healthcare service includes speech & language therapy, occupational health therapy, physiotherapy and more.
Our steady supply of toys and other resources from the Archie Toy Service assists our NHS colleagues in conducting assessments and therapy sessions in rural communities.
Your donations help fund some amazing equipment within the hospital as well as for children to use at home or at school. We also provide a wealth of Arts, Crafts, Entertainment and Toys for the children whilst they are in hospital.
We can provide emergency support to children and families when they need it most. If a child needs to be admitted to hospital urgently or unexpectedly, parents might need help with travel costs or accommodation, or cash to buy essential items for their child.
