Trusts & Foundations Assistant
This role is based at The Archie Foundation’s HQ office at Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital but requires regular presence on-site at our satellite offices in Raigmore Hospital Inverness and Ninewells Hospital Dundee.
Reports to: Head of Trusts & Foundations
Hours of work: 34.5 hours (full time) based on 9-5 working day with flexibility to allow for weekend and evening work as required to support fundraising events and activities.

Bereavement Co-ordinator
Hours of work: 20 hours over three days, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Summary of Position:
The Bereavement Coordinator provides direct support for professionals, parents, and carers to help them support a child or young person through their grief. This can be raw, immediate grief. The post holder will do this by listening, assessing, and determining appropriate support tailored to the individual’s needs.
ACBS run a helpline for bereaved families and therefore we require the post holder to work an element of fixed hours each week, to comply with the advertised “open” Information Line service. There is an occasional need to work evenings to attend meetings, etc. therefore flexibility is essential.
