Evonne Boyd

Evonne was appointed Trustee in May 2024.

With over two decades of experience managing and leading within the employability and skills sector, she is thrilled to offer her strategic leadership skills in public sector to The Archie Foundation Board as a trustee.

Evonne’s career journey includes impactful operational and strategic leadership roles with the Department for Work and Pensions and more recently Skills Development Scotland. She contributes to community planning and employability partnerships nationally and across Local Authority areas and is responsible for the delivery of career information, advice, education and guidance in all state secondary schools across the East of Scotland.

She is a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) chartered fellow is passionate about developing leaders of the future who can make life better for others through excellence in public sector leadership.

As a parent, she has gained first hand insight into the vital support children and families need during hospital visits and has followed the work of The Archie Foundation since the start of the Tayside fundraising campaign in 2014.
