Charity Abseil
If you have a head for heights, or are petrified and want to face your fears, and support The Archie Foundation, then read on!!
We have been given permission to abseil from the iconic Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital, this September. This heart-pounding challenge is perfect for adrenaline fiends or those looking to conquer their fears while making a real difference.
Spaces are limited, and we do expect this event to sell out quickly.
How It Works:
- Our registration fee is only £25 to participate
- We do ask that you do some fundraising for the Archie Foundation, through sponsorship and JustGiving
- We recommend a fundraising target of £100 – we would be delighted if you raised more than this, and we will provide you with as much support as you need!
Event Details:
Max Weight Limit: 140kg (22 Stone)
Min Weight Limit: 35kg (5.5 Stone)
Maximum Waist Size: 48”
Fairly strenuous climb by stairs to the top of RACH – however plenty of time to rest between floors!
Ideal footwear will be trainers or climbing shoes.
Medical form to be completed prior to abseil – if you have any questions ahead of time, please do let us know
