TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read our Terms and Conditions before booking your ticket(s).
By purchasing ticket(s) for Archie’s Christmas Workshop you and your child(ren) are agreeing to comply with our Terms and Conditions.
All children must be accompanied by an adult and must remain under that adult’s supervision at all times. Children attending together in the same group may be supervised by one adult.
*The welfare and safety of all children therefore remains the full responsibility, of the adult accompanying the children and not of The Archie Foundation or Gillies.
TICKETS
Please note advance purchase ticketholders will be given priority on the day but may still need to queue. You can arrive up to 10 minutes before the end of your chosen time slot.
Archie’s Christmas Workshop is tailored for children aged 2 – 10 years (This is due to an age-related gift being given). Bookings must be made by someone over 18 years of age. Every group booking must have one adult present with a maximum amount of 2 adults per group. Accompanying adults do not need to purchase a ticket of their own. Please note if you have not booked to attend Archie’s Christmas Workshop you may not be allowed entry. We aim to allow walk in bookings where possible but this cannot be guaranteed.
One £5.00 ticket grants entry for 1 Child, multiple purchases are permitted. Each ticket is valid for a single entry and is non-transferable and non-redeemable.
REFUNDS
Should The Archie Foundation have to cancel the event you will be refunded the ticket price. All refunds must be claimed within 28 days of the event. To claim a refund please email Jamie-Leigh.Cook@archie.org.
MY BOOKING
Completed bookings will receive a confirmation email, including your booking reference number. You will receive a digital ticket up to 48 hours prior to the event. You must present a copy of this ticket confirmation on the day, to permit entry into Archie’s Christmas Workshop.
ELF MEETING POINT
Children attending Archie’s Christmas Workshop will be greeted by our Elf, at the event entrance in Gillies of Broughty Ferry. Late entry will result in a loss of the booking, and we will be unable to rearrange your session. Archie’s Christmas Workshop can be particularly busy therefore we advise customers to take this into account when planning their visit. Whilst we will always provide a fun range of toys for children, the range of toys, may vary according to unforeseen circumstances. No gifts can be exchanged for alternatives or a cash voucher.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
It is the responsibility of the adult making the booking to inform us at that time, of any special educational needs or disabilities and we will endeavour to make sure they are accommodated.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography by ticketholders is not permitted at the event. One of our volunteers will be available to take a photo for you if you wish, which can be purchased at or within 14 days of the event.
LIABILITY
The Archie Foundation & Gillies will not be liable for any injuries, loss of personal possessions, other losses, or damage of any kind as all children are under the supervision of their accompanying adults throughout their visit. We will not be liable or responsible for cancellation due to an event outside our control.
