Director of Fundraising

The ARCHIE Foundation is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Director of Fundraising to join the team. This is a key role for our charity. You’ll drive our fundraising strategy across all regions and funds, motivating and managing a team of seven fundraisers. Reporting to the Chief Executive and working with Directors of Communications, Projects and Business Services, you’ll be responsible for shaping the future of the charity and maximising our fundraising potential across all income streams. With bags of energy and lots of good ideas, you’ll have plenty experience in setting fundraising strategy and know how to get the best out of your team.

Operations Support and HR Manager

This is a new role in our charity and an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR/operations professional to join our team. You’ll take control of HR and policies and procedures, as well as office management, HR administration, GDPR and data protection, and IT and systems. You’ll support our team by shaping and implementing the policies and procedures that ensure the smooth running of our successful children’s healthcare charity. You’ll have three direct reports and work in the wider Business Services team, reporting to the Director of Business Services.

Fundraising Manager, Friends of the Neonatal Unit

Friends of the Neonatal Unit is looking for a Fundraising Manager to develop and deliver fundraising strategy to support the Neonatal Unit at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital. This is a key role for the fund, working with the volunteer committee and the wider ARCHIE Foundation team to deliver an effective community fundraising programme and support the Baird Family Hospital appeal. You’ll support the Director of Fundraising to create a strategy for the fund, and you’ll have lots of energy, experience and enthusiasm to implement it and maximise the fundraising potential for this crucial and much-loved fund.
